The eHI LIGHT Initiative has established an ongoing schedule of global summits and meetings to carry out its mission.   Major international summits are being planned for both July 2005 and December 2005.  

In addition, the eHI Working Group for the LIGHT Initiative meets monthly and is comprised of all stakeholders with interests in global health and HIT.   This group focuses on promoting awareness, dialogue and the sharing of knowledge, resources and tools to support better health and healthcare globally through the use of HIT and a health information infrastructure. Both in-person and conference call meeting access are offered.  New participants are welcome.
